Denis is the course director of Consumer Psychology at the University of Galway in Ireland. Working in the lab and with leaders and employees, his research has provided insights for workplace safety, motivation and consumer behaviour. After 10 years working as a secondary school teacher, Kate decided it was time for a career change and began working as a Project Manager for Arcadis. Her classroom leadership skills have informed how she leads her project teams, offering a fresh perspective.

Dr. Ryan Olson - Professor, Oregon Health & Science University

Dr. Olson's leads an internationally regognised safety and health intervention research programe. His research focusses on safety and health interventions for isolated workers, as well as occupational fatality suveillance and prevention. Ryan's 'Performance Equation' has been a key concept, used in Hollin behavioural courses over the last 20 years.

Martin is a senior manufacturing leader at Celanese, with over 30 years' experience in the Chemical Industry. He has held leading roles within the USA, China and Singapore and he focuses on strategy development and operational execution. Martin has a passion for developing people; he has helped mentor numerous leaders of the future.

Alasdair Cathcart - Senior Advisor, Blackstone Energy Partners

Whilst at Bechtel, Alasdair was responsible for 8000 professionals and 40,000 craft professionals, and managed 7 business lines. Fitting in with this year's theme "reflections on leadership", Alasdair will be sharing invaluable experience, accrued through the leadership roles Alasdair has held throughout his successful career.

David Dickinson of Arcadis will be speaking at the 2023 Hollin Behavioural Conference

David Dickinson - Project Director, Arcadis

David is an inspirational and motivational leader, with a wealth of experience managing teams across different disciplines. David has experience leading on complex JV projects, using excellent leaderships to unite teams. Whilst working as Consents and Environment Director at Arcadis, David's team delivered a portion of High Speed 2.
